Trustworthy data from the car - Ubirch presents a showcase firework as part of the "Smart E-Mobility Challenge"

As part of the Smart E-Mobility Challenge of the Trusted IoT Alliance (TIoTA), the Cologne-based blockchain company Ubirch, together with strong partners, has developed technologically unique IoT solutions for the connected car. At Bosch Connected World 2019, Ubirch received the TIoTA Collaboration Award for its partnerships with companies from a wide variety of industries and for its trailblazing showcases relating to connected cars.
As a Smart Mobility competition participant of the Trusted IoT Alliance, Ubirch was able to win over the companies Center Connected Industry, DSA, energybase (a start-up of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG), Lufthansa Industry Solutions and Telekom Innovation Laboratories (T-Labs) to join the project. Three different showcases demonstrated the necessity and advantages of secure data in the cars of the future. Be it in the case of damage detection, network optimization in the area of energy or trustworthy mileage for used cars - the automotive industry benefits from the new possibilities that Blockchain and IoT open up when the right partners join forces.
